TFS is expanding its team and seeks a Data Analyst to join the IT Department. We are looking for a professional with strong analytical capabilities and experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, capable of transforming data into strategic insights, supporting decision-making, and contributing to the continuous evolution of the organization's data solutions. **As a Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:** * Manage, maintain, and evolve the corporate Data Warehouse, ensuring integration, processing, and availability of business data * Develop and optimize data models, ETL processes, and integrations from diverse information sources * Create, maintain, and evolve dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions in Power BI, supporting operational and executive reporting * Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity by monitoring and resolving incidents related to data flows * Support various business areas in defining KPIs, indicators, and management metrics, translating business requirements into analytical solutions * Identify and implement automation opportunities, continuous improvement initiatives, and applications of Artificial Intelligence to data analysis, reporting, and process optimization * Participate in digital transformation and Data Analytics projects, collaborating with local and international teams * Document processes, data flows, integrations, and technical developments **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or Data Warehouse Specialist, with hands-on experience in Data Warehousing, data modeling, ETL, and integration of data from multiple sources * Proficiency in SQL, Power BI (DAX and Power Query), and Excel, along with knowledge of Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Modeling * Knowledge of Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, REST APIs, and Python is valued, as is experience in financial environments or financial services * Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail, combined with autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to manage priorities * Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and business units, ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions, and fluency in Portuguese and English **What we offer:** * Integration into a dynamic and growing team * The opportunity to work for a leading multinational company in the automotive and financial sectors * Attractive compensation packages aligned with demonstrated experience and competencies If you enjoy working with data, transforming information into knowledge, and seek to join a leading company where you can contribute to strategic Data \& Analytics projects, send us your application and make a difference at Toyota Financial Services Portugal.
