### **Job Description**
This role is responsible for leading IT projects—including infrastructure, cybersecurity, audits, artificial intelligence, and others—from award through to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and estimated effort:
**Key responsibilities include:**
* Project planning: facilitating internal and client meetings; developing the project plan—including scope, risks, acceptance criteria, schedule, and communication plan; consolidating requirements with technical teams;
* Ongoing client communication—primarily via video calls and email—with expectation management throughout the project lifecycle: identifying stakeholders, clearly aligning on what is and is not in scope, and reporting progress, decisions, and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
* Monitoring and controlling execution through regular meetings with technical teams and clients; updating the project plan; and providing periodic status reports;
* Managing change requests, ensuring client approval;
* Tracking effort and timelines against the plan, promptly flagging deviations to enable timely corrective action;
* Managing project risks—including information security requirements and, where applicable, AI governance requirements;
* Continuous coordination with commercial, technical, and service management teams; logging project activities in internal platforms;
* Project closure: formal delivery and client validation; team closure meeting; documenting lessons learned;
### **Candidate Profile**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Management, or a related field;
* Professional experience in project management or client management, preferably with a minimum of 2 years;
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure—including systems, networks, cloud, and cybersecurity—to effectively communicate with technical teams and clients;
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written), used regularly for client communication;
* Proactivity, sense of responsibility, rigor, and strong communication skills;
* Willingness to work onsite in Braga: the first 12 months are fully onsite, transitioning thereafter to a hybrid model with three days per week in the office;
* Availability for occasional travel to client sites within Portugal.
