If you are looking for an exciting professional challenge, this project is for you! **Responsibilities:** \- Prepare and update Sixt's general cost reports, vehicle costs, and human resources costs, calculating profit, profitability, and productivity; \- Update the Results Forecast, including analysis of HR productivity; \- Analyze the mapping of all accounts and cost listings; \- Analyze and update documentation regarding financial intermediaries, extract and update files with payment information, collection data, and transactions, coordinating with the Accounting department; \- Validate and update reported costs, mapping new costs to develop calculations on profitability and productivity; \- Monitor and verify IUCs and update the respective file, coordinating this information with taxation; \- Export and validate data related to rental contracts executed at stations and update files with commission values based on information analysis; \- Update Performance Management Reports by analyzing RSA contracts and calculating commissions to be awarded, and coordinate this information with the Performance Management team; \- Perform other activities, not previously specified, necessary to achieve objectives and ensure the smooth operation of Sixt. **Profile:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, or related fields; \- Training in Power BI (Desirable); \- Knowledge of English; \- Technical knowledge of SQL and Power BI (Desirable); \- Computer skills at the level of Microsoft Office tools; \- Driver's license. **We Offer:** \- Integration into a solid and reputable Group currently implementing several growth projects; \- Training and opportunities for professional and personal development; \- Real career progression opportunities according to performance and demonstrated competencies; \- Good working conditions and existing social benefits within the company (Health Insurance and Life Insurance).
