They identify which consultants should be included in their group coaching program based on the consultants’ goals and performance results. The Productivity Coach tracks the results of the consultants they coach and is ready to celebrate successes or implement necessary actions to meet targets. This position will be based in Itapevi (SP). Lead and direct all tax activities across the LATAM region (Brazil, Mexico and Colombia), ensuring compliance with local and international regulations while supporting the business’s strategic objectives. You will play a key role in transformational projects, such as the implementation of Brazil’s Tax Reform and digital initiatives that optimize processes and ensure efficiency. Your experience and talents will make the difference by:* Managing direct and indirect tax compliance (IR, VAT, withholdings, transfer pricing, customs, incentives, Pillar 2) across LATAM. * Leading strategic tax projects, including process automation and implementation of digital solutions (e\-invoicing, e\-tax). * Acting as an expert on Brazil’s Tax Reform, assessing impacts and ensuring a safe transition. * Coordinating external providers and local accounting leaders, ensuring quality and alignment with Group best practices. * Ensuring integrity and accuracy of tax data and leading continuous improvements in tax processes. * Signing critical deliverables and promoting standardization and excellence across all tax operations. * Serving as a strategic business partner and partner to the global Tax team, guiding decisions and strengthening a culture of compliance and innovation. * Leading and developing teams, fostering collaboration, wellbeing and professional growth. And also...* Deep understanding of the LATAM tax environment, with experience in the pharmaceutical and/or nutrition sectors. * Expertise in direct and indirect tax regulations, customs, transfer pricing and incentives (e.g., special zones, R\&D tax credits). * Experience managing tax audits and resolving disputes in LATAM jurisdictions. * Solid project management skills, including digital transformation and process reengineering. * Proficiency in SAP and other ERP/tax technologies; experience implementing electronic invoicing in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, etc. * Multicultural experience and adaptability in dynamic environments. * Proven success in leading transformational tax projects. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree or professional tax qualification is a plus. * English is mandatory; Spanish is desirable.
