You will analyse the local market to plan strategically and manage stock and resource planning to meet customer expectations. You will train and ensure store teams are engaged and achieve high performance. You will identify and develop talent at all levels, fostering a culture of learning and celebrating success. You will maintain consistent and effective communication with teams, the Area Manager, and Regional Offices, using tools such as performance reviews and climate surveys. Regarding operations and cost control, you will ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, cultivating a safe working culture and protecting people, assets, and premises. You will manage controllable costs and seek savings opportunities, promoting the ethical and environmental initiatives of the Primark Cares programme to ensure a positive and safe environment. Fundamentally, you will define the store’s vision and direction, acting as a role model and driving continuous improvement to achieve strategic objectives. **Additional Information** **How Would We Like You To Be?** We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills and a high capacity for people management.
