Job Summary: The Production Planner is responsible for allocating the necessary resources to meet the deadlines of Manufacturing Orders (OF), ensuring the efficiency of internal workflows. Key Highlights: 1. Organizes and monitors OF tasks in the Infor M3 system 2. Optimizes production flows and prevents bottlenecks 3. Proficiency in Lean methodologies and production flow optimization **Scope** The Production Planner is responsible for allocating the necessary resources (human, material, operational, etc.) to meet the deadlines of issued Manufacturing Orders (OF). Coordinates and manages OF tasks with production, ensuring the efficiency of internal workflows, in collaboration with the Production Manager and Supervisors. Reports to the Supply Manager of the site. **Responsibilities** * Responsible for organizing and monitoring OF tasks in the Infor M3 system * Defines the sequence of OF tasks according to execution commitments * Ensures the lead time of the production flow **Main Activities** * Organizes and monitors OF tasks in the Infor M3 system * Organizes OF tasks, ensuring and optimizing the utilization of required resources (human, material, capacity, operations to be performed, etc.), in coordination with production * Optimizes production flows and prevents bottlenecks * Accurately and sequentially assigns operations to each workstation * Daily verification of completion of tasks scheduled for the previous day. Reprograms or requests recovery plans from production if scheduled tasks are not completed * Adjusts and reprograms production loads in case of unforeseen events (non-conformities, breakdowns, priorities) **Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management or Engineering, or equivalent * Minimum 3 years of prior experience in similar roles * ERP system knowledge (Infor M3 preferred) * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI * Strong analytical ability and understanding of industrial production processes * Proficiency in Lean methodologies and production flow optimization * Rigorous and organized work approach * Decision-making capability and proactivity in implementing solutions on the shop floor * Ability to identify critical paths and monitor them * Results-oriented mindset and sound judgment * Good command of English or French (preferred)
