Job Summary: We are seeking Telecommunications Splicing Technicians to perform fiber optic splicing, optical testing, and assist in network design, ensuring work quality and safety. In line with this growth strategy, we aim to hire Telecommunications Splicing Technicians with the following responsibilities: \- Fiber optic splicing/connections; \- Optical testing; \- Coordination with engineers responsible for network design, as well as with technicians from other functions; \- Conducting quality audits of work performed; \- Promoting and monitoring best practices in Occupational Health and Safety. What we seek: \- Experience in this role; \- Professional training in Telecommunications; \- Solid knowledge of OTDR and PowerMeter splicing equipment.
