The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing a Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship project, supporting the migrant community. **Main responsibilities** * **Technical coordination, planning and implementation** of project activities, evaluation of completed activities, and fostering local and national partnerships; * **Direct and/or digital support and follow-up to the Migrant Community;** * **Coordination with Impact Assessment processes**, contributing to the development and analysis of project outcomes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, or Economics; * Proven experience in supporting migrants, including mediation and outreach tools; * Proactive profile with project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams; * Creativity and capacity for innovation in social and business initiatives; * Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory); fluency in English and/or other languages is highly valued; * Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
