Job Summary: Production Operator for a wire factory, responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring production process quality and optimization, and contributing to continuous improvement in an industrial environment. This is how we enable sustainable mobility and help prevent accidents caused by human error.*** **JOB SCOPE:** * Perform machine startup *set up*; * Carry out first-level maintenance; * Execute operations ensuring compliance with established specifications, respective work instructions, and control plans; * Meet predefined Production Plans; * Ensure correct use and handling of equipment; * Comply with Standards and 5S, properly segregating generated waste; * Report opportunities for improvement and escalate technical, Quality (defects), or Safety issues; * Perform tasks minimizing downtime and optimizing production time; * Contribute to the Quality Management System processes relevant to their role; * Propose solutions and methodologies supporting teamwork-based process optimization; * Participate in daily Kaizen meetings; * Comply with company-defined and applicable national legislation Safety and Quality rules/standards (e.g., IATF, ISO 14001\); * Mandatory use of defined personal protective equipment; * Comply with customer requirements/standards.**REQUIREMENTS** : * Compulsory education *(as per current law);* * Availability to work weekly rotating shifts (possibility of transitioning to Continuous Shifts \- Monday to Sunday \- on a date to be defined); * Interest in working in an industrial environment; * Passion for results, maturity, and availability;**YOUR BENEFITS:** * Career progression in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) * Night hours paid with a 50% premium (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM\) * Weekly rotating shift allowance paid at 10% premium as per CLA * Overtime pay calculated according to CLA percentages * Meal allowance * Occupational and curative medicine * Birthday day off (in accordance with applicable internal rules) * Initial and ongoing integration trainingPrivacy Notice \- Active Candidates: https://www.aptiv.com/privacy\-notice\-active\-candidates Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
