The Productivity Coach works closely with the Team Leader and the MCA as part of the Market Center leadership team. The Productivity Coach’s primary responsibility is to increase the productivity of consultants who are not yet Cappers, with the goal of turning them into Cappers. They use Growth Initiative tools to recruit new associates for their MCs and apply the Career Growth Initiative to enhance the productivity of those they coach. They are responsible for delivery, attendance, and engagement in Ignite (theoretical and practical—real play, role play, accountability). They identify which consultants should be included in their group coaching program based on the consultants’ goals and performance results. They guide consultants on the actions required to achieve these goals and hold them accountable for taking those actions. The Productivity Coach tracks the results of the consultants they coach and is ready to celebrate successes or implement necessary actions to meet targets. In addition, the Productivity Coach works closely with the Team Leader to design and execute productivity events, and collaborates with the MCA to develop the Market Center’s training calendar. Productivity Coaches must be highly skilled in holding their consultants accountable. They must be individuals who choose effective learning as a foundational element in developing their action plans. They must have a KW MAPS Coach to hold them accountable for achieving their results.
