Teamwork and problem solving **Facility Operator** **Job Mission:** Perform tasks inherent to facility operations in accordance with superior instructions and applicable regulations, ensuring efficient unit operation, minimization of environmental and safety risks, operational reporting of activities, and compliance with established quality, environmental, and safety rules; **Responsibilities:** May include: * Performing tasks aimed at ensuring proper facility operation, guaranteeing optimal productivity as well as the safety of personnel and equipment; * Supervising facility monitoring and control systems—or part thereof—and implementing necessary adjustments and adaptations; * Providing support regarding inspection, operation, use, handling, and/or transportation of facility equipment; * Coordinating with maintenance, operations, and emergency teams to ensure execution of required procedures; * Recording and reporting performed activities; * Ensuring proper maintenance and preservation status of operated equipment; Depending on the requirements of the Company/Production Unit, the Facility Operator—under appropriate supervision/guidance and/or training—may be authorized to perform tasks applicable to other roles within the Base and Specialized segments. **Competencies:** * Organizational Commitment and Compliance * Focus on Excellence * Results Orientation * Teamwork * Analysis and Problem Solving * Fixed Equipment | Operation and Maintenance * Mobile Equipment | Operation and Maintenance * IT | Office * Quality, Environment and Safety * Waste Sector * Maintenance Management * Operations Management * IT | Applicable Specific Software **Academic Qualification (reference):** * 12th grade **Professional Experience (reference):** * 2–3 years in an industrial environment Location: Fundão
