Then this challenge is for you! **What will be your mission?** As a Payroll Processing Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the payroll processing and corresponding billing for a portfolio of Temporary Work clients. Ensuring timely payment and distribution of remuneration receipts, while also guaranteeing compliance with all relevant legal procedures. **How can you succeed in this role?** You have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Accounting, or Finance. **Planning and organization:** You will face strict deadlines for payments and deliveries that must be met. **Adaptability:** Daily, you will deal with unexpected situations and must respond quickly; additionally, you will work with different software such as Excel and GTT, where proficiency is important in this role. **Analytical skills:** You will be challenged through data analysis and the search for additional information or a deeper understanding of issues, while presenting feasible solutions to various problems. **Teamwork:** You will be part of a team with a strong mutual support culture—no one gets left behind.
