Sort and separate waste (plastic, metal, wood, etc.), ensuring accurate identification and weighing; . Isolate hazardous materials and route them safely; . Process and recover waste, transforming\-them into new aggregates (such as sand or cement) for use in construction; . Route waste for recycling, treatment, or appropriate disposal; . Support hazardous waste management, complying with all safety and environmental regulations. ### **Requirements** . Compulsory education; . Forklift operation training (preferred but not mandatory); . Strong attention to detail and motor coordination skills; . Basic knowledge of equipment handling; . Team spirit and environmental awareness.
