Job Summary: We are seeking a Dispatch/Production Operator for order preparation and dispatch, picking, inventory management, and load organization. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management and organization 2. Equipment maintenance and workplace organization 3. Order preparation and dispatch We are recruiting a Dispatch/Production Operator for the Carregado area. Responsibilities: - Preparing and dispatching orders, and efficiently loading vehicles; - Picking, identifying, packaging, and controlling products; - Receiving, organizing, and managing inventory, respecting production/expiry dates and storage rules; - Organizing loading and storage areas, ensuring load compliance; - Receiving and coordinating drivers to ensure adherence to the loading schedule; - Performing basic equipment maintenance (e.g., forklift) and cleaning/organizing the workplace; Requirements: - Completion of 12th grade; - Prior experience as a dispatch operator or production operator; - Forklift driving license (mandatory). Offer: - Rotating shift schedule: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 07:00–16:00 / 08:00–17:00 / 11:00–20:00; - Base salary: €950 + Shift allowance: 25% + Meal allowance: €12.80 + Performance bonus; - Work location: Carregado.
