The company helps clients accelerate their digital transformation through a broad portfolio that includes **consulting, application services, digital engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, platforms, and infrastructure services** **Job Description** We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep subject matter expertise in Identity \& Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance \& Administration (IGA). The successful candidate will lead a global, cross functional initiative to onboard previously unmanaged applications. The role demands strong stakeholder management, escalation handling, and regular reporting to direct \& senior leadership. * Manage the end\-to\-end onboarding of applications into the IGA tool * Track progress and ensure reconciliation compliance * Deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards * Coordinate with CTO stakeholders to ensure automation timelines are met * Provide guidance on IAM topics (RBAC, provisioning, reconciliation, etc.) * Ensure alignment with Group and CIB standards * Build strong relationships with business, IT, and security teams * Lead status meetings, steering committees, and progress updates * Identify risks/issues and drive resolution * Escalate critical blockers with proposed solutions * Create dashboards, KPIs, and progress reports * Act as liaison between global and regional IAM teams **Qualifications** * 10\+ years of experience leading large scale, global IT projects (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred) * Proven track record delivering IAM/IGA initiatives on time and within budget * 5\+ years of hands on experience with IAM/IGA solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Security Identity Governance, Oracle Identity Governance) * Deep understanding of application onboarding, access reconciliation, entitlement certification, role mining, and segregation of duties * Experience with reporting/visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) for KPI dashboards * PowerBI * English – **B2\+**
