ROLE: We are looking for a Multi\-Disciplinary Brand Designer to become part of our creative team. The ideal professional combines strong technical knowledge with conceptual versatility, allowing them to work across physical and digital environments, static and animated media, and deliver compelling work throughout the entire creative process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Brand Identity \& Consistency: Build and maintain the brand’s visual identity, ensuring a coherent and evolving presence across every channel and customer touchpoint. Digital \& Performance Design: Develop visually compelling assets for social media, newsletters, website banners, landing pages, and other digital communications. Physical \& Merchandise Design: Create production\-ready designs for packaging, apparel, merchandising, and related materials. Motion \& 3D Visuals: Develop motion graphics and 3D product renders and visualizations. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience in multi\-disciplinary design, either agency\-side or in\-house; Versatile Portfolio (Mandatory): Portfolio must demonstrate experience across packaging and print, digital design, motion graphics, and 3D visual content; Tools: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Intermediate knowledge of After Effects (or Premiere Pro), with experience in motion design and video editing; Hands\-on knowledge of 3D applications (Blender, Adobe Dimension/Substance) for modelling, product rendering, and mockup development; Languages: Full professional command of Portuguese and English, both written and spoken; Profile: High ownership, strong technical adaptability, and a keen eye for detail.
