Will you join us?** **Summary:** We seek a consultant responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow-based solutions aligned with our clients’ specific needs. You will serve as a technical expert, providing support and consultancy throughout the entire project lifecycle—from requirements analysis through implementation to post-implementation support. **Responsibilities:** * **Requirements Analysis:** + Gather and analyze clients’ business requirements, map current processes, and identify improvement opportunities. + Prepare functional and technical requirements documentation. * **Design and Configuration:** + Design and configure customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, reports, and integrations. + Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow’s best practices and platform standards. * **Implementation:** + Coordinate and execute solution implementation, including configuration, testing, and data migration. + Train end users on platform functionalities. * **Support:** + Provide technical support to end users, resolving issues and incidents. + Monitor platform performance and perform necessary adjustments. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** + Proven experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, etc. + In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies. * **Technical Skills:** + Strong proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly) and development tools (Studio, Glide). + Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems (APIs, web services). + Knowledge of databases (SQL). * **Interpersonal Skills:** + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across different business areas. + Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * **Other Requirements:** + Fluent Portuguese; Advanced English (mandatory). + ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator required) **\#VisionaryFuture \- Build the future, join our** **living** **ecosystem!**
