With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. **Client Connectivity Support Engineer** **This is your mission** The Client Connectivity Support Engineer operates within the Company's technology environment, ensuring the reliable and secure exchange of technical data between internal entities or external partners the Technical Solutions Customer Support ensures the reliable exchange of Data between internal systems and external financial networks (CIB 2S client, middle office, corporate clients etc..). The role sits at the crossroads between technical and middleware environments understanding, requiring also good client communication skills. **Responsibilities** * Answer client calls and acknowledge email incidents. * Monitor daily message/file flows, detect and investigate failures or delays, analyze logs and alerts, and resolve, root, or escalate incidents across relevant teams. * Act as the principal point of contact for external partners, ensuring good coordination, timely resolution, and clear updates on incident resolution. Inform the client once resolved. * Update the Known Error Database and procedures.
