Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead the team and boost sales at a restaurant in central Lisbon. Key Highlights: 1. Integration into a young and motivated team 2. Two days off per week 3. Continuous working hours We are looking for a **SHIFT SUPERVISOR** for a restaurant located in central Lisbon, in a tourist area, with prior experience in the sector. Main responsibilities, reporting to the Manager and Commercial Director: · Coordination of the afternoon/night shift (until 00:00) · Planning and control of shift operations · Team management and development · Sales promotion · Focus on service and customer service improvement · Execution of all management tasks: ordering, inventory... · Control of sales, personnel, and miscellaneous costs · Product quality control, as well as compliance with food safety requirements (HACCP) Requirements for the position: · Experience in similar roles (minimum 1 year) · Strategic vision and planning capability · Leadership orientation and ability to motivate teams · Proficiency in customer service and sales techniques · Proactive attitude with initiative and autonomy · Goal-oriented work capacity and dynamism · Strong verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills · Solid command of the English language · Immediate availability We offer: · Integration into a young and motivated team · Two days off per week · Competitive salary · Performance-based bonuses · Continuous working hours Type of position: Full-time Compensation: €1,150.00 – €1,250.00 per month Working hours: * Weekdays and weekends * 8-hour shifts Additional remuneration: * Performance bonus * Thirteenth-month salary * Christmas allowance
