The **Tecneira**, whose purpose is the promotion and construction of electricity generation plants powered by wind and solar energy and which belongs to the **ProCME Group**, is currently recruiting a Senior Sales Manager – Data Centers \& Digital Infrastructure (m/f) Lisbon. **Main Responsibilities:** * Global coordination of project development; * Stakeholder management; * Licensing management and operationalization; * Coordination with local and regional entities; * Interface between technical and commercial teams. **Required Profile:** * Higher education degree in Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or equivalent fields; * Experience in developing and managing complex infrastructure projects, preferably Data Centers, Energy, Industry, or Large-Scale Projects; * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and simultaneously manage multiple stakeholders; * Knowledge of contract management, including FIDIC contracts or international models; * Knowledge of licensing management, including planning, cost control, risk management, and procurement; * Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; * Proactive profile, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement; * Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an asset. **We Expect From You:** * Proactivity, teamwork, and organizational skills; * Availability for occasional travel within Portugal; * Immediate or short-term availability; * Organizational commitment and responsibility; * Good interpersonal relationships and assertive communication skills; * Organizational commitment and responsibility; * Results orientation; * Short-term availability; **Joining our team means access to:** * A salary package tailored to relevant experience, including performance bonuses, health insurance, and corporate agreements; * Training and development; * Integration into a solid, dynamic company with a strong team spirit and unity; * Workplace base in Lisbon at Lagoas Park.
