Summary: This task force role involves managing end-to-end customer account processes, overseeing overdue accounts, handling complaints, and supporting order-to-cash operations. Highlights: 1. Manage end-to-end customer account processes 2. Monitor and manage overdue customer accounts 3. Support order-to-cash processes with focus on excellence **TASK FORCE (6 months):** * Manage the end\-to\-end processes related to customer accounts (from placing a sales order to receiving payment from the customer); * Manage and monitor customer current accounts with overdue situations; * Manage and follow up on customer complaints and deductions; * Coordinate and support order\-to\-cash processes both internally and externally, with a focus on operational excellence.
