Functions include consultative, research, planning, programming, evaluation, and application of technical and/or scientific methods and processes that underpin and prepare decision-making. Independently or as part of a team, preparation of opinions and projects of varying complexity, and execution of other general or specialized support activities within the common, instrumental, and operational areas of competence of agencies and services. Functions are performed with technical responsibility and autonomy, even when supervised by qualified senior staff. Representation of the agency or service on matters within one's area of expertise, making technical decisions aligned with directives or higher-level guidance, specifically: a. Photography capture for events, news reports, or other initiatives, including corresponding processing and post-production; b. Support for video or multimedia image capture and respective post-production; c. Creation of digital audiovisual materials and their adaptation to various formats/media, consistent with the Technician’s overall communication strategy; d. Support in producing imagery for marketing campaigns; e. Management of diverse content across multiple dissemination channels (social media, website, newsletter, promotional brochures, roll-ups, leaflets, among others); f. Maintenance and optimization of image banks and archives; g.
