Working at Maleo means working within a young and motivated team, committed to bringing the future of workspaces into today. **We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead our Space Design team and elevate the workplace experiences we create, in line with our Mission Statement: “To lead the shift in the future of the workplace”.** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Leading and developing a team of designers/architects, fostering collaboration, growth, and excellence. * Creating concepts and visions for innovative, modern, and functional workspaces aligned with Maleo’s flexible culture and with special focus on our clients’ needs. * Developing concept boards, mood boards, and presentations to communicate ideas clearly and impactfully. * Managing projects end\-to\-end — from concept to final delivery — ensuring deadlines, quality, and consistency. * Ensuring both internal teams and clients enjoy a seamless and professional experience. * Coordinating with suppliers, consultants, and internal teams throughout the entire process, guaranteeing delivery according to the standards Maleo has established in the market. * Contributing to the vision and evolution of the company’s Space Design department, staying abreast of market trends. * Ensuring excellence in detail and consistency with company standards. **What we expect from you:** * Degree in Architecture (Interior Design specialization is a plus); * Minimum 5 years of experience in office or corporate environment projects; * Experience leading teams and managing projects; * Ability to translate requirements into strong, functional visual concepts; * Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, among others; * Strategic, creative mindset with a user\-centric solution orientation; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility. **What we offer:** * Base salary; * Meal allowance via card; * Health insurance; * Employee and family support program; * Integration into a young, motivated, and dynamic team within a growing project. 1990\-221, Lisboa, Lisboa, Portugal Space Design
