Responsibilities: - Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring proper preparation and dispatch of orders and efficient vehicle loading; - Perform picking, identification, packaging, and quality control of products; - Ensure receipt, organization, and inventory management, respecting production/expiry dates and storage rules; - Organize loading and storage areas, ensuring load compliance; - Receive and assist drivers, ensuring adherence to the loading schedule; - Perform basic equipment maintenance (e.g., forklift) and maintain cleanliness/organization of the workplace; - Comply with and enforce safety regulations, reporting any anomalies; - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties inherent to the role. Requirements: - Completed secondary education (12th grade); - Prior experience as a dispatch operator; - Strong work organization and attendance; - Forklift driving license (mandatory). Offer: - Rotating shift schedule: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 07:00–16:00 / 08:00–17:00 / 11:00–20:00; - Base salary: €950 + Shift allowance (25%) + Meal allowance €12.80 + Performance bonus; - Work location: Carregado.
