Responsibilities: - Ensure excellent customer service by guaranteeing order preparation and dispatch, as well as efficient vehicle loading; - Perform picking, identification, packaging, and product control operations; - Ensure receipt, organization, and stock management, respecting production/expiry dates and storage rules; - Organize loading and stock areas, ensuring load compliance; - Receive and monitor drivers, ensuring adherence to the loading schedule; - Carry out basic equipment maintenance (e.g., forklift) and cleaning/organization of the workplace; - Comply with and enforce safety regulations, reporting any anomalies; - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and perform other tasks inherent to the role. Requirements: - Completed secondary education (12th grade); - Previous experience as a dispatch operator; - Work organization and punctuality; - Forklift driving license (mandatory). Offer: - Rotating shift schedule: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 07:00–16:00 / 08:00–17:00 / 11:00–20:00; - Base salary €950 + Shift allowance 25% + Meal allowance €12.80 + Performance bonus; - Work location: Carregado.
