The **Central Ribatejo Production Directorate (CC Ribatejo)** of EDP Produção, whose mission is to supervise the operationality of electrical systems and equipment, participate in defining maintenance policies, and ensure their implementation through technology-based maintenance and safety plans and procedures—thereby supporting the normal operation of facilities and equipment, as well as maintaining established health, safety, and environmental standards—seeks to reinforce its Electrical Maintenance team at the Carregado Thermal Power Plant:
**Your responsibilities will include:**
* Performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial electrical, electronic, and automation systems;
* Diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving electrical and electronic faults across various plant systems;
* Working on electrical panels, motors, frequency inverters, sensors, actuators, control systems, and substations;
* Reading, interpreting, and analyzing electrical schematics, diagrams, technical drawings, and manuals;
* Ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, quality, and environmental standards in an industrial context, in accordance with applicable legislation and occupational safety regulations;
* Preparing technical reports, recording maintenance activities, and supporting maintenance management through computerized systems (e.g., SAP);
* Collaborating with other technical disciplines (mechanical, instrumentation, operations) in maintenance activities and process optimization;
* Keeping up-to-date with technical standards and participating in technical training programs whenever necessary.

**What we are looking for:**
* Secondary education (12th grade) in Technical-Professional Courses such as Electrical Installation Technician, Electrotechnics, Automation, or related fields (Technological Specialization Level 5 in Mechatronics or equivalent is preferred).
* Professional experience exceeding 2 years in technical roles, with preference given to knowledge and experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably within the energy sector or industry;
* Solid knowledge of industrial electrical systems, industrial electronics, and automation—including interpretation of electrical schematics and diagrams;
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
* Good communication skills, commitment to deadlines, and focus on service quality;
* Experience with or familiarity with SAP (Maintenance module) will be considered an asset;
* Must reside (or be willing to relocate) near the workplace (mandatory);
* Collaboration and networking, ability to handle pressure, agility and speed, curiosity and self-development, strong interpersonal skills, and team spirit are competencies we prioritize.
