Job Summary: We are seeking an ISO Manager to support the implementation of management systems, conduct audits, and develop the commercial aspect of the Management Systems practice. In Portugal, with offices in Lisbon, Porto, and Évora, we are one of the leading audit and advisory firms, supported by a team of over 1\.600 professionals who combine unparalleled experience and specialized expertise in their business functions to deliver the best service to our clients. **About the Role...** We are currently seeking to onboard a new team member to support the implementation of management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 14064, among others), conduct internal/external audits, and support the commercial development of the practice—driving portfolio growth and creation of new client solutions. **To Join Our Team...** Profile * 7–13 years of experience in internal/external auditing (with Lead Auditor certification) and at least 5 years in ISO management systems implementation; * Strong command of standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 14064; * Experience in consulting or demanding corporate environments; * Strong analytical and technical communication skills; * Leadership and team coordination capabilities; * Autonomy and initiative; * Strong goal- and results-oriented mindset; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities * Acquiring new clients for Management Systems projects; * Developing ISO management systems implementation projects across various sectors; * Planning, executing, and supervising internal audits and compliance assessments; * Supporting clients in preparing for certification audits; * Conducting diagnostics, gap analyses, and strategic improvement plans; * Coordinating project teams to ensure quality, deadlines, and client satisfaction; * Contributing to the development of new solutions, methodologies, and commercial approaches; * Participating in client presentations and workshops; * Supporting the creation of technical content; * Developing new ISO-related projects for clients.
