For more information, visit WPP.com. ### ### **Who We’re Looking For:** We are looking for an Account Manager with 3–4 years of experience in advertising agencies to join our Account team, acting as the liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and project management. ### **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * **Customer Relationship Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining relationships based on trust. * **Understanding and Analysis of Needs:** Interpret client briefs and identify their business needs. * **Project Management:** Coordinate and oversee all phases of projects with internal teams, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. ### **What We’re Looking For in You?** * Minimum of 3–4 years of professional experience as an Account Manager in an advertising or digital marketing agency. * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. * Strong focus on customer satisfaction and developing solid, trustworthy partnerships. * High level of organizational ability. * Proactive attitude, initiative, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across departments. * Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory). * Fluency in English (mandatory), both spoken and written. * Proficiency in Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
