Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or event orders). Promote the brand image of the banner both inside and outside the company. Gather materials and create information packs (e.g., brochures, promotional materials). Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining loyalty among existing Marriott customers. Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) using software utilized in the sales process. Respond to customer inquiries about hotel facilities/services (e.g., operating hours, room types and rates, offers, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events). Serve as a point of contact for customers and communicate with them via phone and email to answer questions and requests. Follow and apply all chain policies and procedures; ensure wearing a clean and complete work uniform; maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times in the workplace; respect confidentiality when disseminating information related to the brand and/or hotel, and protect all company assets. Welcome and receive all guests according to brand standards; anticipate their needs and respond accordingly, and thank them warmly. Use clear and courteous language in all communications; prepare and accurately and thoroughly proofread written documents; answer the phone using appropriate language. Develop positive and constructive professional relationships with peers; work together and support each other to achieve common goals; listen and respond appropriately to other employees' concerns. Comply with quality requirements and standards. Move, lift, carry, pull, and place loads weighing up to 4.5 kilograms independently.
