In excellent condition. 8 brown wood chairs upholstered in leather, very elegant. Payment must be made before any furniture or machinery/equipment leaves the warehouse. Transportation is the buyer's responsibility. Loading and unloading are the buyer's responsibility; I am not liable for any damage caused to any equipment or furniture after they have been moved by the buyer within the warehouse. These furnishings are very well stored in a reputable warehouse with appropriate storage and cleanliness conditions. They are unused and in as-new condition.
