Job Summary: Zumub is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring process efficiency and support for operational objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement Zumub is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join its Operations and Logistics team, taking responsibility for coordinating daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency in receiving, order picking, and dispatching processes, as well as supporting the achievement of operational goals. FUNCTION Manage and coordinate the operational team's daily activities; Ensure correct issuance and control of transport documents; Oversee goods receipt, inspection, organization, and dispatch; Monitor compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and defined deadlines; Support priority setting and resolution of operational incidents; Promote a collaborative, productive, and goal-oriented work environment; Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement; Perform additional tasks necessary for smooth operational functioning. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 12th grade education; Good user-level computer skills; Basic knowledge of English; Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or similar operational roles (preferred); Experience in team coordination or leadership (mandatory); Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously; Efficiency and high work capacity; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Proactivity, initiative, and leadership spirit.
