Join us and become part of a passionate organization driven by innovation and excellence. **About the Role:** We are looking for a **Senior Platform \& Cloud Engineer** to join a team responsible for operating, stabilizing, and evolving a critical hybrid platform, integrating on\-premises environments with Microsoft Azure cloud. This role will play a central part in ensuring the resilience, availability, and sustainable growth of enterprise services and high\-demand operational environments, actively contributing to initiatives focused on modernization, automation, and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Minimum **7 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure and platform administration.** * Minimum **3 years of hands\-on experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS in production environments.** * Proven experience in **critical operations, upgrades, and migrations with minimal downtime.** * Solid knowledge of **Windows Server, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, Networking fundamentals, and Security and access management (RBAC, least privilege).** * Experience in **troubleshooting and operating critical environments.** * Ability to work autonomously, with strong ownership mindset and accountability.
