In the late 1980s, we expanded beyond the Middle East and acquired land in Portugal to build a manufacturing facility for sterile injectable pharmaceuticals. Today, in Portugal, we employ over 1,000 people across three manufacturing facilities producing injectable medicines.
Hikma seeks to recruit an **Intern** (m/f) to join its **Industrial Operations/Projects** department, working on-site.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Active participation in process improvement projects within Operations;
Supporting the analysis of production processes, operational workflows, and identification of improvement opportunities;
Collaborating in implementing continuous improvement actions related to efficiency, productivity, and quality;
Assisting in collecting, processing, and analyzing operational data and performance indicators;
Preparing and updating technical documentation associated with improvement projects;
Monitoring industrial trials and validating implemented improvements;
Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (Packaging, Engineering, Validation, and Quality).
**Desired Profile:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
* Creativity and critical thinking
