Home (Neya Lisboa) \- NEYA Lisboa Hotel (neyahotels.com) **Key Responsibilities** * Manage procurement, purchasing, and logistics processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance; * Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, focusing on environmental, social, and economic criteria; * Develop and implement Green Procurement and sustainability strategies; * Launch and manage tenders, ensuring appropriate supplier selection; * Monitor KPIs, pricing, margins, and supplier performance; * Manage databases, contracts, and purchasing processes; * Oversee stock levels, inventories, and warehouse operations; * Prepare analytical and performance reports, including ESG indicators; * Promote internal training and awareness on sustainable practices; * Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety, and HACCP standards; * Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization. ### **Requirements** **Experience \& Education** * Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in Procurement/Purchasing; * Higher education degree (preferably in Food Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Animal Science, or Process Engineering); * Solid knowledge of inventory management, supplier management, and purchasing processes; * Experience with KPIs, reporting, and data analysis; * Knowledge of ESG and sustainability practices; * Advanced Excel and management tools; * Fluent English (Spanish is an asset). * Experience in pre\-opening of hotel properties; * Experience in international procurement and negotiation; * Resilience and ability to manage under pressure; * Willingness to travel, primarily domestically. **Key Competencies** * Strong negotiation and analytical skills; * Organized, dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented profile; * Excellent planning and priority management skills; * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Critical thinking and focus on continuous improvement; * Teamwork and leadership capabilities. ### **Benefits** * Opportunity to join a solid and expanding hotel group; * Competitive remuneration aligned with the role and proven experience; * Access to NEYA Hotels and partner entity benefits and discounts; * Free internal training academy; * Additional vacation day on your birthday; * Three extra vacation days after one year of service; * Health insurance; NEYA Hotels is committed to Sustainability and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
