Together we can make a difference **About the Role** This position is part of the Global Authorization Expert Team (GAET), who is responsible for a timely provisioning of secure access to SAP systems and SAP roles creation/modification on both S4 Hana and SAP ECC. As SAP Security and Authorization Expert, you will be part of a large Business process transformation program involving SAP S4/Hana implementation. If this is you, we’d love to talk. **What Will You Do** * Review, analyze and approve access to SAP systems in compliance with Essity’s security standards and user access/SoD controls. * Challenge and support users to ensure access is aligned with job roles and responsibilities and to reduce the number of SoD conflicts. * Interaction and co\-ordination with different Business stakeholders. * Facilitate the timely execution of user access and SOD reviews by reviewers. * Analyze SU53/Trace system error logs and identify user access and authentication issues. Work with SAP security related tables, SUIM etc. * Design, build and test SAP roles. * Collaborate with internal SAP tech services team, GAET Team, and other business stakeholders to ensure proper controls are in place for SAP roles and authorizations, and that ongoing governance is in place. * Work and support on SAP GRC Access Control, including user provisioning analysis/approvals, segregation of duty management, emergency access, and role management. * Incident management and troubleshooting. Direct interactions with business stakeholders and end users. **Who You Are** * A hand\-on experience of SAP (ECC and S/HANA) security/authorization roles and profiles, minimum 5 years’ experience. * SAP security and authorizations technical skills and understanding. * Knowledge about SOD risks and mitigating controls. * Experience in SAP GRC support (Access Control Modules), if configuration and maintenance experience then that will be a plus. * Experience of supporting user access across multiple SAP modules and SAP systems (S/4, EWM, ECC, BW, SRM, Ariba, Portal, PO, Gateway). * Awareness of basic Information Security principles. * Good working knowledge of authorization reporting and troubleshooting transaction codes / tools.
