Responsibilities: - Ensure the smooth operation of the production line and that production complies with product specifications; - Comply with QESH system work procedures and instructions; - Report incidents and accidents; - Comply with work procedures and instructions; - Perform tasks essential to the proper functioning of production lines, operating assigned machines; - Carry out inspections specified in the control plan, working under self-control; - Segregate defective products; - Implement actions indicated in the BRC plan; - Complete quality, cleaning, waste, and order change records; - Maintain one’s work area clean and organized in accordance with the 5S policy; - Comply with and enforce safety and environmental rules as implemented by the company; - Comply with the company’s current food safety standards.
