Merit-based career progression **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** **ADDSOLID is seeking a recent graduate for the position of Project Manager (Junior).** We give preference to candidates holding a **Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Management**, who possess genuine interest in understanding the real estate development business — not only its technical aspects but also investment logic, profitability, and risk management — and who wish to launch and build their professional career in real estate development, with direct involvement in real projects from day one. We distinguish ourselves through the quality of our developments — in architecture, comfort, and sustainability — and through a rigorous business approach focused on creating value in every project. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** As a member of the business development team, you will participate in all phases of the development cycle — from feasibility studies to final handover — assuming increasing responsibility for project timelines, costs, quality, and profitability: · Feasibility studies and investment opportunity analysis · Project management and licensing procedures · Contractor procurement and cost control · Construction supervision and on-site quality control · Coordination with sales and marketing teams · Handover management, warranty period oversight, and post-construction activities · Project reporting and management control **WHAT WE OFFER** · Base salary: €1,550.00 gross/month · Meal allowance: €9.60 per effective working day · Integration into an actively growing real estate developer, with exposure to multidisciplinary projects and merit-based career progression Job Type: Full-time Pay: €1,550.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's license (Required) Work Location: In person
