Job Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to manage HR processes end-to-end and contribute to the structuring and development of the HR function within our full-service creative agency. Currently, we are looking for an HR professional to join our team, responsible for end-to-end HR process management—from A to Z—and contributing to the structuring and development of the HR function within the company. ***Immediate availability required.*** **Job Description:** * Administrative management of employee onboarding and offboarding processes; * Contract administration; * Occupational health management; * Support for payroll processing activities; * Management of vacation schedules and absenteeism records; * Clarification of employee inquiries; * Planning and organization of training activities; * Monitoring recruitment and selection needs; * Onboarding and integration of new employees; * Administration of HR-related operational processes; * Promotion of internal communication; * Management of internal events; * Operational office management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative HR functions; * Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; * Critical thinking, sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy; * Strong communication skills; * Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational ability, rigor, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Payroll processing experience; * Experience recruiting creative professionals. **What We Offer:** * Prime location with easy access to metro, train, and bus services; * Breakfasts and *Sugar Talks*; * Continuous training for your professional development; * A young, dynamic, and growing team; * Challenging projects with prominent market clients; * Genuine opportunities for professional growth.
