**About the role:**
We are looking for an Observability Specialist to lead the evolution of monitoring toward a governed, data-driven model. The role focuses on creating actionable dashboards and alerts, reducing operational noise, and continuously improving incident quality—directly contributing to faster and more informed decision-making and technical team efficiency.
**Requirements:**
* 5+ years of experience in **monitoring, observability, SRE, or ops analytics**
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with **Dynatrace** (administration, configuration, alerting, and dashboards)
* Proven experience in **reducing false positives and improving incident quality**
* Experience in **alert governance** (alert matrix, thresholds, severity, ownership)
* Solid knowledge of **Grafana** (dashboard governance, naming conventions, versioning)
* Experience with **Zabbix** and integration with operational channels (preferred)
* Experience integrating with **ITSM** (e.g., **ServiceNow**) and **event management** (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of **end-to-end observability, event correlation, and troubleshooting**
* Experience with **SLIs/SLOs** (preferred)
* **Dynatrace certifications** or **SRE certifications** (preferred)
* Strong **communication skills**, **pragmatism**, and **focus on signal quality** (signal vs. noise)
