Job Summary: A professional to support and assist in construction preparation, including reading drawings, preparing itemized lists, and controlling materials, tools, and equipment. Aptitude for construction site environments and stress management Responsibilities: Support and assistance in construction preparation Read and interpret drawings; Prepare itemized lists of work types to be performed; materials; labor; subcontractors; and other services; Measure quantities of work and materials to be applied, and verify stock levels for use; Control of materials, tools, and equipment; Team support Profile: Previous experience in similar roles; Experience with AutoCAD software; Aptitude for construction site environments; Punctuality and strong sense of responsibility; Flexibility regarding working hours; Strong stress management capability; Results-oriented with commitment to deadlines; Valid driver's license for light vehicles; Preference for candidates residing in Loures; Venda do Pinheiro; Malveira; or Mafra.
