Role * Preparation and follow-up of financial analyses to support management decision-making; * Analysis of the company’s P&L; * Development of Budget and Forecast; * Monitoring and analysis of Budget variances; * Support in executing the monthly financial report; * Analysis of the company’s financial KPIs. Profile * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field; * Up to 3 years’ professional experience in Management Control (preferred) or data analysis; * Solid computer skills, including mandatory advanced Excel, preferred Power Query, mandatory Power BI, SAP—particularly SAP Retail (preferred); * Knowledge of the retail sector (preferred); * Knowledge of Accounting; * Good command of English; * Strong team spirit; * Strong critical and analytical skills; * High resilience; * Good time management skills.
