Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and lead the front desk team; • Ensure excellent service and a memorable guest experience; • Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and all daily front desk operations; • Resolve issues, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently; • Participate in front desk financial management, including billing, cash closing, and night audit; • Ensure compliance with internal procedures. Requirements: • Experience in leadership roles; • Knowledge of the New Hotel system, including reservation management and front office operations; • Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills; • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability; • Good command of Portuguese and English; • Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and attention to detail.
