Headquartered in Montijo, we are currently seeking an Assembly Coordinator for Window and Door Frames (M/F) to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise on-site window and door frame assembly work; * Interpret project documentation, technical drawings, and opening maps. * Plan and manage teams, resources, and execution schedules; * Manage and supervise external installers; * Coordinate with clients regarding site entry dates; * Identify and resolve operational constraints. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of window and door framing; * Experience coordinating teams and managing subcontractors/external installers; * Leadership and team management capabilities; * Strong planning and organizational skills; * Strong focus on achieving objectives and meeting deadlines; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Willingness to travel. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing company; * A stable and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity for career progression and professional development; * Participation in large-scale projects; * Exposure to innovative processes and equipment.
