Where no two days are the same. **YOUR ROLE** ------------- * Handle and process network\-related tickets, prioritizing incidents and ensuring timely resolution according to service levels. * Configure and optimize network infrastructure to support the deployment of new client services, following industry best practices. * Troubleshoot and resolve network issues by performing root cause analysis, impact assessments, and implementing effective workarounds when required. * Deploy temporary routing changes, network reconfigurations, and software patches to maintain service continuity during incidents. * Monitor network health and performance using monitoring platforms, proactively identifying anomalies and optimizing configurations. * Onboard new network devices into monitoring and management platforms, ensuring complete visibility and operational efficiency. * Perform firmware upgrades, configuration updates, and infrastructure adjustments to maintain service stability and compatibility. * Coordinate with hardware and software vendors to report incidents, validate solutions, and follow up on known issues. * Collaborate closely with NOC teams, Infrastructure Teams, and Field Technicians to ensure seamless network operations and service delivery. * Escalate incidents appropriately and provide clear technical updates throughout the incident lifecycle. **YOUR PROFILE** ---------------- * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience with physical networks, LAN, WAN, and related networking environments, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization. * Strong understanding of routing and switching technologies and protocols, including: + OSPF + BGP + EIGRP + RIP + VLANs + Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) * Solid expertise in network troubleshooting, including root cause analysis, impact assessment, traffic management, and implementation of workarounds. * Experience preparing and configuring network infrastructure for the deployment of new client services. * Hands\-on experience managing tickets within a carrier or service provider environment. * Experience performing firmware upgrades, configuration changes, and maintenance activities to ensure network stability. * Familiarity with network monitoring platforms for real\-time performance monitoring and anomaly detection. * Ability to work effectively with NOC teams, Field Technicians, Infrastructure Teams, and vendor support. * Strong communication skills with the ability to report incidents, escalate issues, and coordinate technical resolutions. * Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with two flexible on\-site days per week at the client's premises. **Nice to have:** * Familiarity with network services such as: + VPN + VoIP + IPTV + Wi\-Fi + Multicast Streaming * Knowledge of network automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Netmiko. * Experience with network security technologies, including IDS/IPS, DDoS mitigation, and SSL VPN. * Basic scripting skills in Python and/or Bash to support automation and configuration tasks. * Understanding of vulnerability mitigation and network security best practices. **WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE** --------------------------------------- * Join a multicultural and inclusive team environment. * Enjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work\-life balance. * Engage in exciting national and international projects. * Hybrid work. * Your career growth is central to our mission.
