Role Mission Support the development, validation, and improvement of hardware projects, ensuring organization, technical rigor, and process-oriented quality practices—from prototype to production. Responsibilities Technical Support & Development • Perform functional and quality tests on hardware equipment. • Collaborate on the continuous improvement of hardware projects. Quality & Processes • Organize and maintain technical documentation (procedures, tests, versions). • Support the definition and monitoring of quality processes in hardware projects. • Help structure validation workflows prior to production. Organization & Team Support • Prepare materials, components, and equipment for testing and projects. • Support the hardware team in task and priority management. • Ensure an organized workplace aligned with best practices. Candidate Profile • Solid technical foundation in electronics (academic training or practical experience). • Technical curiosity and willingness to grow. • Focused, organized, and methodical individual. • Genuine interest in quality, processes, and continuous improvement. • Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility. • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Requirements (Mandatory) • Knowledge of electronics (reading schematics, identifying components, performing basic tests). • Organization and discipline in executing technical tasks.
