**Responsibilities**
* Ensure safety and optimal operating conditions for each unit
* Guarantee proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans, with continuous adaptation and optimization for maximum efficiency
* Identify and monitor key requirements across the real estate portfolio and equipment regarding safety, image, and comfort
* Assist in developing and implementing the annual investment plan
* Monitor final handovers and construction warranties
* Ensure compliance with legal communications and requirements
* Prepare and present budget estimates
* Execute contracts and negotiate/review them with designers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Plan, organize, and oversee construction, installation, and renovation activities for stores and other existing properties
* Review and verify designs to ensure compliance with internal regulations (terms of reference, concept) and external regulations (national legislation)
* Contribute to and implement projects aimed at reducing environmental impact and CO2 emissions
* Make decisions and act in emergency situations or disputes
**Profile**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
* Up to 3 years of experience in similar roles
* Proficiency in user-level computer applications (AutoCAD; Google tools; Excel; Word; PowerPoint)
* Fluency in Portuguese and solid command of English (spoken and written)
* Knowledge of national legislation in the relevant field
* Responsible and dynamic
* Strong interpersonal skills; enjoys teamwork
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
* Ability to lead projects and make autonomous decisions
* Team-oriented and cooperative
* Curious, versatile, and innovative
* Interest in physical activity and/or sports
* Willingness to travel nationwide
* Valid driver’s license
* Knowledge of national legislation concerning construction and maintenance (mandatory)
