Responsibilities: * Managing recruitment processes from A to Z (screening, interviews, follow\-up); * Creating and publishing job advertisements on various platforms; * Conducting interviews in Portuguese and English; * Ensuring an excellent candidate experience; * Collaborating with hiring managers to identify profiles suited to the needs of the business; * Updating and managing the candidate database. Essential skills: * 2 to 3 years' experience in recruitment and selection. \-Fluency in English \- mandatory;* Good communication skills, organization and autonomy; * A love of dynamic environments and contact with multiple stakeholders.
