Contribute to the evolution of consulting tools **Location:** Porto or Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid Model) **Sector:** Banking / Strategic Consulting **Languages:** French and English (Mandatory) **About the Mission:** The primary objective is to lead complex, high-value transformation initiatives within a major international financial group, focusing\-on transitioning IT operations to nearshore locations and executing banking integration projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategy and Execution:** Implement the consulting unit's operating model, translating strategic priorities into measurable action plans. * **Strategic Project Management:** Lead banking integration projects and IT operations transitions, ensuring excellence in delivery. * **Stakeholder Management:** Build trusted relationships with senior executives (C\-Level), manage expectations, and influence decision-making in multicultural environments. * **Operational Optimization:** Proactively identify and mitigate risks during transition processes, ensuring continuity of systems and infrastructure. * **Methodology Development:** Contribute to the evolution of consulting tools, knowledge sharing, and best practices within the Group. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with a strong background in **Banking** and **Consulting**. * **Technical Expertise:** Proven experience in **Banking Integration** projects and transition of operations/systems. * **Languages:** Fluency in **French** and **English** (non-negotiable). * **International Context:** Prior work experience within international financial groups. * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, IT, Engineering, or related fields (MBA is a plus). **Soft Skills:** * Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills with cross\-functional teams. * Strong problem-solving orientation and risk management capability. * Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information for senior decision-makers. * Proactivity and resilience in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
