Job Summary: We are seeking a Finance & Operations Trainee to support inventory management, logistics, product processes, financial reporting, and performance analysis, promoting operational efficiency and cross-team alignment. Involvement in process improvement and automation **Role:** Finance & Operations Trainee **Location:** Oeiras **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid (2 days remote) **Key Responsibilities** \- Support in inventory management and logistics operations monitoring. \- Monitoring of product intake processes and related re\-works. \- Support in managing and tracking purchase orders for finished goods. \- Collaboration in creating and managing quotation requests. \- Support in preparing periodic financial reports and analyzing operational KPIs. \- Contribution to financial performance analysis against budget and forecasts. \- Participation in budget preparation and audit processes. \- Involvement in process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. \- Close interaction with various internal teams, ensuring alignment among operations, logistics, and financial analysis. **Candidate Profile** \- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. \- Interest in operations, logistics, supply chain, and business analysis. \- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. \- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile. \- Good communication and teamwork skills. \- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools is a plus.
