Job Summary: We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to support the internal team, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and carry out construction interventions. Responsibilities: - Support for the internal maintenance team; - Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance across various specialties; - Carrying out minor construction interventions and general repairs; - On-site diagnosis and resolution of operational issues; - Ensuring proper functioning of infrastructure and equipment. Working Hours: To be defined Availability for periods of higher activity Requirements: - Proven experience in general maintenance roles; - Versatile, autonomous profile with strong sense of responsibility; - Experience in sectors such as hospitality, short-term rentals, residential facilities, facilities management, or multi-technical maintenance (preferred); - Practical knowledge in areas including electricity, plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, light metalwork, and minor civil construction repairs; - Team spirit and problem-solving ability.
